A match or ground is wrong
Open the match in the app and tap "Something wrong?". Your report reaches us straight away and, once checked, fixes it for every fan.
Delete your account
In the app, go to Settings, then Account, then "Delete my account". This removes your synced tickets, plans and settings from our server. Can't open the app? Email us from the address you signed up with and we'll delete the account for you.
Without an account, all your data is on your phone only. Deleting the app deletes it.
Get a copy of your data
Email us from the address on your account and we'll send you a copy of everything we hold about you.
